:40 Sec on/:20 Sec off for 8 Rounds each movement

1. Empty bar Backsquats 35/45#

2. KB Swings 16/24kg

3. Pushups

4. Strict Shoulder Press 35/45#

8 Rounds each movement then move on to next movement.
Count Reps if possible.

Fit Camp does same as above with Air Squats and modifications as needed.
