20 minute AMRAP:
20 Kettle bell swings
20 Box Jumps
Partner A will run 400 meters while Partner B completes as many rounds/reps of the AMRAP.
When Partner A gets back, Partner B runs 400 meters while Partner A picks up where the
AMRAP was left off.
SAME AS ABOVE EXCEPT A 200M RUN
FIT & 50
Squats, Pull-ups, Presses and a Run
Do 3 rounds of the following as rapidly as possible:
12 front squats with empty barbell
8 push presses
Finish up with 800m run
