We are posting time slots for a workout at our house Saturday
starting at 10:00am. We are doing sessions every 20 min.,so 10,
10:20, 10:40 so on and so forth. Plan for the workout to take
around 1 hour. Social distancing mandatory. Families do time slots
together. Bring a KB, running shoes, all the food and drinks you want,
a bathing suit and towel. Chairs are also recommended. We don’t mind
if you stay after and hang out at the pool but social distancing has
to be a priority.
