2. Strict Shoulder Press 1-1-1, Work up
to a one Rep Max and hit 3x
3. Squat Clean One Rep Max or One Rep
Max Front Squat if not familiar with
Squat Clean work
Total work time should not exceed 40-45 mim, move along and warm up properly
