  • 6 Rounds of:
  • 11 Mountain Climbers
  • 11 Power Cleans (95/65 lb)
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • Then, 6 Rounds of:
  • 19 Hand Release Push-Ups
  • 18 Box Jump Burpees
  • 100 meter Run

With a running clock, completed the prescribed work as fast as possible (“For Time“). Athlete will start with 6 rounds of 11 Mountain Climbers and 11 Power Cleans. Rest for 2 minutes to reflect. Then proceed to the next 6 rounds of 19 Hand Release Push-Ups, 18 Box Jump Burpees, and 100 meter Run.
