6 Week Challenge
This Challenge is meant to lose weight safely and efficiently. Females can lose 12-18 lbs during the 6 weeks, and males can lose 18-25 lbs during the 6 weeks. Coaching at every session, a very detailed nutritional plan, before & after photos, and ACCOUNTABILITY is just a part of this short journey. Challenges start the 1st and 2nd Monday of every month. Fees are just 32 per week for an upfront fee of 198. No further commitment required after the 6 weeks!
