6 Week Challenge
The 6-week Challenge was created to support healthy weight loss that is both safe and efficient. Females can lose between 12 to 18 pounds during the 6 weeks, and males can lose 18 to 25 pounds during the 6 weeks. There is coaching at every session, a very detailed nutritional plan, before and after photos, and ACCOUNTABILITY! All of these components will help you to lose weight throughout this short journey with us.
