40 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
30 Front Rack Reverse Lunges

100 Meter Farmers Carry

Teams of 3

Partner Wall Balls (alternating out every 10 reps) until you reach 150 reps

then:

athletes put vest on:

Step-Ups until all 3 accumulate 150 reps (two working at all times alternate rest periods)

Farmer’s Carry down the green carpet each until all three athletes do the carry (one at a time while the others hold load)
each athlete hold load until all 3 have finished

take vests off and accumulate 150 pushups

Wall Balls same as above accumulate 150 reps

Vests back on and Farmer’s Carry same as above

take vest off 150 walking lunges in synchronicity

Farmer’s carry same as above

Fit Camp:
