This week we will doing 100 regular push-ups, 50 decline pushups,
and 25 incline pushups prior to our workout Mon, Wed. and Friday.
Also I will have one additional training day for all athletes at our
house on Wednesday for WEIGHTLIFTING WEDNESDAY. Text me if you are
