One partner carries the HEAVY KBs while the other partner does KB SWINGS-Once the parnter swinging breaks he or she runs to the partner doing the carry and hands them the lighter KB to start Swinging. Repeat until 200m is completed.
Then:

Wall Walks
DL 185/225#

One athlete does Wall Walks while the other does DL. Once the athlete performs 5 Wall Walks they switch until both athletes reach 25 Wall Walks each, or 10 Rounds.

Count only DL for score. 1 chip can be 10 DL.
