Weightlifting Wednesday is here!

Due to personal requests……….

1.  BOYS:  Bench, warm up to a 5×5, then add load and hit 3×2, that’s 3 reps for 2 sets, then hit a heavy but not  a Max one rep,  burn out is 75 pushups each in your group.

2. GIRLS: Backsquat work up to a Heavy 2 rep squat and hit it 2×8, then work up to a one rep Max, 25 tabata squats x 4 sets as a burn out. That is torture.

NOW!  BOYS GO TO SQUAT AND GIRLS GO TO BENCH!  AS COACH ED WOULD SAY………SWITCH!
